Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Canko Techworks when you use the service.
These terms govern your use of the Canko service. By creating an account you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The service
Canko reconciles connected e-commerce and payment data and produces reports. Canko connects read-only and does not initiate transactions, refunds, or fund movements on your behalf.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the accounts you connect and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to connect any store or processor you link to Canko.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer the platform, or connect data you're not authorised to access.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can change or cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Reconciliation output is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional accounting or audit.
5. Availability & liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
