Canko Techworks ("Canko", "we", "us") provides reconciliation and reporting software for e-commerce operations. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
Account details you provide — name, email, company and store platform — and reconciliation data read from the services you connect (orders, payouts, fees and refunds) via read-only API scopes. We never collect or store your customers' payment card credentials.
2. How we use it
To match transactions, surface discrepancies, produce your reports, and operate and secure your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.
3. Storage & security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). API credentials are held in an isolated secrets vault. Full detail lives on our security page.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure sub-processors required to run the service, under contract, and never for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled.
5. Your rights
You can export or request deletion of your data at any time. Contact us and we'll action it promptly, and confirm once complete.
