COMPANY

We started with a spreadsheet that lied.

Canko exists because reconciliation is quietly one of the most painful, least-owned jobs in e-commerce — and it shouldn't be a job at all.

Every e-commerce operator we spoke to had the same story: a Friday afternoon spent cross-checking a store, a payment processor and a spreadsheet, trying to explain a payout that came up short. The tools existed to sell things and to move money — but nothing sat in between to prove the two agreed. So the job fell to whoever had the patience, and it never scaled.

We built Canko to be that in-between layer: read-only, always-on, and honest about what it finds. Not another dashboard to check, but a quiet system that only speaks up when the numbers don't line up — and then tells you why.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three principles, not platitudes.

01

Read-only by default

We connect to see, never to touch. Canko can't move your money or edit your store — and that's a design decision, not a limitation.

02

Explain, don't just flag

A flag with no cause is just more work. Every discrepancy comes with a likely reason and a next step, so finding it means fixing it.

03

No dashboard for its own sake

The best interface is the one you don't have to open. If a ninety-second email does the job, we won't build a screen to make you log in.
